東京富士大学

Tokyo Fuji University

Since receiving accreditation in 1951 as Fuji Junior College, the institution has built a strong track record of practical education. The Faculty of Economics is renonwed for having high job placement rates in the banking sector. At one time, the college even had its own skating rink and was also well known for excellence in physical education, including rhythmic gymnastics. In 2001, reflecting the grandeur of its namesake, Mount Fuji, the institution was reestablished as Tokyo Fuji University. While the logo takes Mount Fuji as its motif, the design uses growing rice plants to outline the mountain, symbolizing the personal and academic growth of its students. The English name was also changed from Fuji College to Tokyo Fuji University to align with this new vision.
