Gaeart Kumagai

The company was established in 1938 as the road construction division of Kumagai Gumi and rebranded in 1994 with a new name and logo. The name blends “Gaea”, the Greek goddess of Earth, with “Art,” to represent skill and creativity. The logo, showing an African elephant stomping the ground, was designed to leave a strong and lasting impression.
